About our Customer Engagement Solutions Practice:
We design and build solutions to help our customers engage and communicate with their customers, clients, patients, and members.
We create strategies and solutions that minimizes the effort it takes to get things done. We create “omni-channel” solutions that include multiple communication channels such as voice, SMS, email, video, and chat to provide your customers with choice and convenience. We also leverage Artificial Intelligence to enable self-service, improve process efficiency, and fuel a differentiated customer experience.
We integrate customer communication channels with critical enterprise systems such as CRM, ERP, and commerce to ensure the best possible outcomes.
Perficient currently has a career opportunity for a Digital Customer Engagement Solution Sales Specialist to support our Customer Engagement Solutions Practice in the western region. This individual will be focused selling intelligent solutions that help Fortune 1000 companies improve customer support and customer engagement.
This individual will have an assigned territory in the western US and will be aligned to our key partnerships in the Customer Engagement software space (Twilio and Amazon), as well as leveraging our AI relationships (Amazon, Google, IBM, Oracle, Microsoft, and Twilio). They work in an overlay capacity with our Account Developers and Account Managers in existing clients, but also have the responsibility to open new client relationships.
