Perficient currently has a career opportunity for an Sitecore Alliance Manager.  This role's overall goal is to establish and maintain a strong partnership with Sitecore and establish this alliance as a key demand generation channel for Perficient. This role functions as Perficient's key advocate to Sitecore and Sitecore’s key advocate within Perficient.  We have a very measured path to recognize the influence of alliance with our Sitecore practices.

  • Drive top of the funnel leads from and with the Sitecore partner channel by building relationships between Perficient Business Development teams and Partner Field Sales Reps.
  • Maintain and grow our partner status as a Sitecore partner with service delivery designations and program cooperation
  • Create and track individual alliance performance metrics and measurements
  • Maintains appropriate level of communication with partner
  • Support cooperation and knowledge of synergistic PRFT-supported platform partners and tools for Perficient sellers. (ISV's)
  • Work jointly with Sitecore to identify mutually beneficial go-to-market opportunities, momentum, and business around company solution areas
  • Distribute Perficient services offers and program collateral through sales and alliance to the partner channel
  • Communicate Perficient news and wins to the partner community and conversely broadcast Sitecore platform updates/programs to our sellers and delivery teams
  • Understanding every aspect of Sitecore Funding provided to customer opportunity through the partner channel.  This entails identifying the appropriate funding available, reserving, tracking progress, and acquiring proof of execution for final invoicing



  • Years of Experience: 3+ years of services sales or professional consulting experience. Prior Sitecore Channel experience desired
  • Highly developed social skills to maintain positive partner relationships at all levels of organizations
  • Self-starter with excellent time management skills and the ability to remain focused in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with Sitecore Services and the Sitecore sales org structure, a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and organizational skills
  • Proven track record developing and managing partnerships, driving partner account activity, and meeting/exceeding revenue targets. Prefer strong analytical, sales channel, and marketing skills
  • Must be creative, resourceful, detail-oriented, and self-motivated to sell and drive revenue
  • Ability to travel up to 50%+
