As a  member of the Digital Marketing Solutions (DMS) team, your primary responsibility is to ensure the successful implementation, configuration, and growth of clients marketing platforms ecosystem.  This role will partner with client stakeholders, DMS channel resources, and marketing technology colleagues to provide in-depth analysis, business justification, and recommendations on client’s overall marketing technology stack.  This role will help deliver technology and data integrations across a wide assortment of platforms.

 

The Analyst will work directly with the Marketing Technology Strategist and will be instrumental in taking the technology enablement strategy from theory to practice.  The Analyst will be responsible for managing the client deliverables tied to marketing technology enablement strategies such as tagging develop and documentation, platform and data layer specifications based on business requirement and data mapping and unification governance. Additionally, this role will analyze the overall customer experience and interaction to help define and optimize what data needs to be collected throughout the journey and how in order to continuously measure and improve the existing data sets and their capabilities in business application.

 

 

Responsibilities

  • Be a contributor in developing the inputs to technology enablement strategies and roadmap.
  • Be instrumental in leading the execution against those technology enablement strategies
  • Analyzes, defines, and documents existing systems challenges, data flow/connections and identifies key requirements and opportunities to support clients’ goals and objectives
  • Provides insight on the business implications of technology systems
  • Provide technical resources for marketing platform implementations (analytics, tag management, CDP, DSP, DMPs, data connectivity platforms, CRMs, marketing automation, experimentation/personalization tools)
  • Work collaboratively with to ensure marketing technology and data goals and strategies are customer centric and aligned with core business goals
  • Assist in the development and documentation of client configuration and data requirements
  • Be a contributor in developing clear outcomes associated with investments and that progress against outcomes is being met.
  • Work to facilitate insights with personalization and qualitative tools and building the strategy and process to integrate the data into the broader ecosystem
  • Help evaluate and identify the people, process and culture changes that are required to optimally support the technology.

 

Qualifications

  • 5-7 years of comprehensive, hands-on cross/omni-channel professional services across a variety of industry verticals
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in analytics, marketing, data science, or similar field
  • Core experience in marketing data governance and unification
  • Proficiency with web analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and Sitecore
  • Knowledge of Tealium, Red Point, Twilio, Acquia, Salesforce, Adobe CDPs
  • Solid understanding of tag management implementation and ongoing support, utilizing Google Tag Manager, Adobe Launch, and Tealium
  • Previous experience with data visualization platforms such as Google Data Studio, Tableau, and Power BI
  • Ability to prioritize, maintain focus, and manage multiple projects
  • Ability to develop and implement strategic programs
  • Ability to manage strategy and details concurrently
  • Able to effectively communication complex solutions and how data fits into the overall storytelling
