Perficient is investing in the growth of its Salesforce & Mulesoft practices and has opened a career opportunity for an Associate Salesforce & Mulesoft Alliance Manager. This role functions as a key advocate to both Salesforce and Mulesoft and is also Salesforce and Mulesoft's key advocate within Perficient. This role's overall goal is to work with the Salesforce & Mulesoft Alliance Leader to maintain and grow strong partnerships within the Salesforce ecosystem and establish this alliance as a key demand generation channel for Perficient.

Responsibilities

Primary job duties and responsibilities:

 

  • Drive top of the funnel leads from and with the Salesforce & Mulesoft partner channels by building relationships between Perficient Business Development teams and Partner Field Sales Reps

  • Maintain and grow our partner status as a Salesforce & Mulesoft partner with Specializations, Go To Market & Delivery Champions, and Salesforce’s Navigator program

  • Maintain and track individual alliance performance metrics and measurements

  • Maintains appropriate level of communication with partner

  • Drive Salesforce & Mulesoft partner field engagement with key internal stakeholders

  • Support cooperation and knowledge of synergistic Perficient-supported platform partners and tools for Perficient sellers. (ISV's)

  • Identify, cultivate and drive new business opportunities that facilitate long-term growth through co-innovating, co-marketing and co-selling with Salesforce & Mulesoft

  • Work jointly with Salesforce & Mulesoft to identify mutually beneficial go-to-market opportunities, momentum, and business around company solution areas

  • Distribute Perficient services offers and program collateral through sales and alliance to the partner channel

  • Communicate Perficient news and wins to the partner community and conversely broadcast Salesforce & Mulesoft platform updates/programs to our sellers and delivery teams

  • Understand every aspect of both the Salesforce & Mulesoft partner programs and work to ensure Perficient meets and exceeds requirements

  • Support rep to rep alignment

  • Track and manage pipeline to identify opportunities to attach services to resell/consumption or vice versa
  • Manage GEO relationships
  • Work with Portfolio Specialists to evangelize the partnerships with account directors
  • Identify demand generation opportunities through field-level conversations and work with marketing to support in-territory initiatives
  • Collaborate with  Alliance Manager to execute on action items for strategic GTMs or cross-partner initiatives
  • Helps to identify and demonstrate business knowledge, practices, solution offerings and focus areas, and competitive differentiators. 

Qualifications

These are the minimum qualifications that are necessary for someone to be considered for the position.This is a growth role within Perficient, ideal candidate would have:

 

Qualifications:

 

  • 2+ years of experience in Sales/Marketing/Channel supporting professional services/System Integrators/ISVs/Resellers. Prior Salesforce or Mulesoft Channel experience a plus
  • Highly developed social skills to maintain positive partner relationships at all levels of organizations
  • Self-starter with excellent time management skills and the ability to remain focused in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with Salesforce offerings and the Salesforce sales org structure is a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and organizational skills
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly. Prefer strong analytical, sales, channel and/or marketing skills
  • Must be creative, resourceful, detail-oriented, and self-motivated to sell and drive revenue
  • Ability to travel up to 50%+
