We currently have a career opportunity for an Healthcare Data Analyst to join our team.



  • This is a hands on data analyst role working on a data lake, warehouse, and analytics solution project. 
  • This role has responsibility for data analysis function for a 2 to 5 person analysis team focused on a single workstream of a large data and analytics program. 
  • Requires prior experience with Healthcare Payer industry analytics solution implementation experience.
  • This role requires interaction and collaboration with end users, executive stakeholders, business analysts, solution architects, and technical architects.
  • This role requires collaborating with data architects, modelers, other analysts, and business users/stakeholders to elaborate requirements which represent project data requirements, business process models, and complex business hierarchies
  • This role requires using Jira to articulate assigned work/tasks/stories, and provide project status to lead architects, project managers, and business stakeholders



  • 6+ years collective experience working as a hands on data analyst for a data warehousing BI Analytics project with similar description as provided above
  • 5+ years working with healthcare payer/provider organizations delivering solutions such as population health, consumer analytics, clinical analytics, Interoperability, Medical Economics etc.
  • Very strong experience creating and documenting requirements/source to target mappings for a reporting and analytics solution
  • Strong Experience creating data requirements for analytical solutions
  • Experience and comfort working within an Agile Scrum structure with the ability to seamlessly use Jira and confluence for work articulation and tracking
  • Must have excellent SQL skills; Data Science/Python/R a plus

  • Extremely strong communication, collaboration, and consulting skills and be very proactive in planning and problem solving
