Perficient currently has a career opportunities for college undergraduates (Summer 2023) for Associate Technical Consultants for front end development roles using React, NodeJS, and other front end technologies in locations including Allentown, PA, Milwaukee, WI, or Toronto, ON, Canada or possible remote work.

Usually a major in computer science, engineering or an engineering degree with programming coursework and an interest in being a software developer, the Associate Technical Consultant builds world class software applications for some of the country’s largest companies. 

As an Associate Technical Consultant Developer, you will participate with project teams in all aspects of the software development life-cycle which includes technical design, implementation, documentation, testing, deployment and support of application developed for our clients.  You will have opportunity to learn and work with leading platforms including HCL Commerce, Adobe (Magento) Commerce, Optimizely Commerce, SAP Commerce, Akeneo, InRiver PIM, and IBM Sterling OMS.

Gain understanding of the different technologies, eCommerce applications, development toolkits, and best practices used in delivering business solutions to our clients.

• Learn and discuss the client’s business, issues and be able to speak to it in their terms.
• Design and develop front end applications.
• Work with project teams to development new products and features.
• Gain experience working in Global Agile environments.  

• Have a desire to learn in a fast paced consulting environment.
• Have excellent communication skills.
• Willingness and flexible to take on a variety of tasks.
• Have problem solving skills.
• Enjoys working in team orientated environment.
• Be a self-starter that can work independently as well as in team setting.
• Have some experience in development including front-end applications.

• Bachelor’s Degree in MIS, Computer Science, Math, Engineering or comparable major.

This is a full-time position with Perficient.
