Perficient currently has a career opportunity for a Data Analytic Solutions Architect for our CTW business unit.
A Solutions Architect is expected to be knowledgeable in two or more technologies within (a given Solutions/Practice area). The Solutions Architect may or may not have a programming background, but will have expert infrastructure architecture, client presales / presentation, team management and thought leadership skills.
You will provide best-fit architectural solutions for one or more projects; you will assist in defining scope and sizing of work; and anchor Proof of Concept developments. You will provide solution architecture for the business problem, platform integration with third party services, designing and developing complex features for clients' business needs.
You will collaborate with some of the best talent in the industry to create and implement innovative high quality solutions, participate in Sales and various pursuits focused on our clients' business needs. You will also contribute in a variety of roles in thought leadership, mentorship, systems analysis, architecture, design, configuration, testing, debugging, and documentation. You will challenge your leading edge solutions, consultative and business skills through the diversity of work in multiple industry domains.
This role is considered part of the Business Unit Senior Leadership team and may mentor delivery team members. In a nutshell, a self-driven proven leader with a strong Tech background, P&L mindset, Operationally sound and Strong Communication skills
This is a technical solution architecture and delivery leadership role which requires proven technical solution delivery leadership experience within the modern, cloud-based data and analytics solution domain
Lead team of architects and developers across multi-shore to design, implement, and grow a modern, cloud-based data lake, warehouse, reporting and analytics solutions
Very strong communication, self-driven, interaction and consulting skills are essential for success in this role
This role requires strong understanding and experience with AWS tech stack working with solutions/architectures that employ AWS S3, Redshift, Glue, DynamoDB, Lambda, and EC2 service/functions, as well as Tableau’s BI/Visualization tooling
This role requires a firm understanding of the capabilities and specific considerations which must be considered throughout the architecture, implementation, and operational phases of the solution/project.
This role includes consideration and guidance to support design and implementation of the DevSecOps and DataOps components of the solution and project
2+ consecutive years working within a single project in a similar role as described here as a technical leader, leading a team to design, implement, and deploy an AWS based solution, including the AWS services and functions described here, and including modern DevSecOps and DataOps practices.
2+ consecutive years working within a single project in a similar role as described here as a technical leader, leading a team to design, implement, and deploy a Tableau BI/visualization solution.
5+ years’ experience working as a technical architect within the Data Warehouse and BI Analytics domain.
3+ years working as a solution architect within the Data Warehouse and BI Analytics domain.
2+ year collective technical involvement with custom application development solutions
Must have experience working within an Agile Scrum structure with the ability to seamlessly use Jira and Confluence for work articulation and tracking
Experience leading large multi-shore teams required
