Perficient currently has a career opportunity for a Project Manager in our Charlotte office.


The Project Manager role is intended to manage and adapt continuously to project goals. This highly collaborative role will need to work closely with all departments, including account, creative and technology teams, in order to deliver quality solutions to our customers. 




  • Seasoned Project Manager with proven record in managing large capital markets system implementations.
  • Responsibilities will include managing end to end delivery of the project, development and tracking of the detailed project plan with technology delivery and business adoption activities, issues and risk management with timely escalations to Program leadership for resolution.
  • This role will also be responsible for leading the business requirements sessions and documenting the requirements
  • Leadership updates and stakeholder management at all levels of business and technolog.
  • Create comprehensive documentation, including project plans, process flow diagrams, and status reporting
  • Work with Traders to document business requirements
  • Manage UAT testing
  • Carry out required pre and post go-live activities as appropriate


  • 5-10 years of project management experience in successfully delivering large end to end projects
  • Good capital markets background and understanding of the business (prior Fixed Income/Swaps experience preferred)
  • Good personality fit to thrive in the trading floor environment and high pressure, high visibility projects
  • Able to work closely with both business and technology teams
  • Solid project management background with the ability to own and drive day-to-day project activities across multiple concurrent workstreams
  • Detail oriented with good communications skills
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • PMP nice to have
