The Agency Development Director (ADD) partners with Perficient sellers to provide subject matter expertise, strategic leadership, and guidance on the direction and qualification of prospects. Agency Development Directors work with a broad set of Perficient Digital Subject Matter Experts to assess a prospect’s needs, taking a consultative approach in crafting a solution framework with the goal of qualifying their needs and determining, with the seller, if a full pursuit is required.
This will require an individual to be versed in current digital trends, adept at identifying and driving strategic models or approaches, and resourceful in assembling the appropriate SME’s to assist in the qualification process.
The ideal candidate comes from a strategic or solutions background, is a strong collaborator and articulate presenter, and has a proven track record of successfully building relationships with influencers and decision makers in short order.
