Perficient currently has a career opportunity for an Immigration Coordinator in our St. Louis, MO office.


The Immigration Coordinator will provide administrative support in the areas of HR and Immigration. This position will report to the Immigration Manager and will have interaction with HR, various internal business leaders and external vendors.






  • Respond to immigration inquiries, prepare entry support letters and assist with processing of visa applications.
  • Review and update foreign national employees' I-9 forms.
  • Monitor work authorization expiration dates.
  • Maintain and update immigration database and system for all visas and maintain knowledge on all case status in process.
  • Prepare reports and metrics for all immigration cases including forecasting for upcoming cases and costs.
  • Track invoices and assisting with daily administration tasks.


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
  • Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, and time management skills.
  • Able to demonstrate complete discretion when handling sensitive and confidential information.
  • A team player that can adapt to the fast-paced and ever-changing environment, work collaboratively with other departments and managers at all levels within the company.
  • Ability to be resourceful and take initiative to seek internal and external resources when problem solving.
  • Strong oral and written communication; able to communicate effectively within Perficient’s diverse culture.
  • High professional standards; strong customer service mentality, is positive and possesses a "can-do" attitude.
