Perficient is currently looking for a Salesforce Lead Business Consultant( Marketing Cloud and/or CPQ experience).

The Salesforce Lead Business Consultant will manage client engagements and the overall relationship to ensure customer success and support for follow on business. This role will provide sales support for acquiring new customers as well as driving scoping activities and SOW development for existing clients.

 

 

 

Responsibilities

  • Marketing Cloud experience, CPQ experience, Communities experience w/Lightning. 
  • Build trusted client relationships through proactive account management and effective project delivery.
  • Establishes knowledge of client business challenges and priorities to translate into opportunities.
  • Maintains regular client communication and satisfaction, ensuring opportunities and challenges are addressed in a timely manner.
  • Helps deliver presentations to clients and management teams.
  • Contributes to project discoveries, kickoff, prepare proposals and statements of work following company standards.
  • Translate client’s business needs into detailed business requirements documents, use cases and systems interaction diagrams.
  • Works with customers to establish approved wireframes and mock-ups for solutions.
  • Assists project team to establish high, mid, and micro level plans for project team.
  • Helps to establish critical path, milestones, delivery dates, and review client deliverables to ensure they meet client acceptance criteria.
  • Provides leadership throughout the lifecycles of a project, guiding the understanding the project team has through design and development to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Helps establish project test strategy, methodologies, test plans as well as assist with test execution.
  • Instills team commitment to company delivery methodologies and practices.
  • Providing best practices and presenting additional opportunities to further leverage Salesforce and the Force.com platform
  • Leading, mentoring and teaching consultants best practices for implementing Salesforce as well as executing Perficient’s implementation methodology
  • Creating business requirements documentation with process flow diagrams and use case definitions
  • Executing solution design activities such as data mapping, object modeling, page layout design and rule logic definitions
  • Executing testing and validation to ensure that the Salesforce configuration meets the business requirements and solution design

Qualifications

  • 5+ years professional services or technical consulting experience
  • 3+ years Salesforce configuration and consulting experience
  • Client facing and project management experience
  • Outstanding writing, presentation, communication and organization skills
  • One or more salesforce.com certifications (ADM-201, Dev-401,
  • Sales Cloud Certification, Service Cloud Certification)
  • College graduate

Preferred skills and education:

  • Customer relationship management (CRM) application experience (e.g. Salesforce, Siebel, Eloqua, Marketo)
  • Industry expertise in high-tech, financial services, health care and ecommerce
  • Experience with both agile and waterfall implementation methodologies
