About Our FS Practice

FSBU of Perficient provides solution based capabilities to our clients with industry specific expertise around Banking, Wealth Management, Asset Management, Capital Markets and Risk and Compliance. 

 

Perficient currently has a career opportunity for a Senior PMO in our Boston office.

 

The  Senior PMO role is intended to manage and adapt continuously to project goals. This highly collaborative role will need to work closely with all departments, including account, creative and technology teams, in order to deliver quality solutions to our customers. 

 

 

Responsibilities

Senior Program Manager to run the Commercial Banking Process Reengineering initiative.  Senior leader with ten (10)+ years of program management office experience on large scale, high budget, significant impact programs.  Must have strong PMO experience setting up PMOs using standard frameworks.  Will be the owner of the PMO organization and operation.  Must have very good communications skills - will be interfacing with PMO and senior Commercial Bank management.  Must have significant commercial banking experience, either from a commercial banking product areas / line of business or have a track record of successful program and project management results.  Responsibilities will include overall program leadership, initialization and setup of the program, definition of program charters, definition of PMO organization, oversight on PMO team of work-stream leads, capture of work-stream status and providing direction to leads, communications and reporting structures and cadence, capture and escalation of risks and issues, definition and execution of weekly and monthly PMO meetings with work-streams, stakeholders and steering groups. Summary of focus areas includes:

  • Create and Validate Project Scope
  • Define all Phases and Scope

  • Dependency and Impact Management
  • Create Resource Plan
  • Create RACI Matrix (Roles & Responsibilities)
  • Determine Resource Profile and Source
  • Establish Project Budget

Qualifications
