    Perficient Digital currently has a career opportunity for an Sr. Conversion Optimization Strategist in our (Atlanta, Milwaukee, or Ann Arbor) or REMOTE office.

     

    Job Overview:

    Perficient Digital is seeking a Senior Conversion Strategist to join our growing conversion optimization team and implement A/B testing and personalization for large enterprise clients. Begin a new position with a team of problem solvers, creative thinkers and go getters to help large ecommerce, financial, health care and lead generation companies improve their website metrics.

    Responsibilities

    You are data-driven and a problem solver. Your goal is to deliver results to the client and make a positive impact to their business. In this role you will analyse websites using qualitative and quantitative tools to identify potential conversion optimization tests. You will create presentations that will communicate your ideas on how the tests will work, backed up by data collected, and describe how they will be displayed using wireframes. Once approved, you will develop a strategic roadmap to execute conversion optimization and personalization experiences. You will then work with a developer to set up these experiments in tools such as Optimizely, VWO, Monetate and Adobe Target. Once a test is completed, you will analyze the metrics and deliver a results report.

     

    Key Qualities:

    1. Self-motivated, natural leader, well organized and able to manage your time
    2. Conversion optimization for mid to large companies. You should have Senior experience and understand the general concepts of how the conversion optimization process work. This includes setting up experiments using conversion testing tools and analyzing the results.
    3. Creative thinker and problem solver. While strategizing the conversion projects, you will bring ideas to the table and present them to the client.
    4. Work well with clients while being open to criticism and client feedback. Ability to stay positive throughout the project.
    5. Agency experience managing and growing long-term client relationships.

    Qualifications

    • Have 5+ years working in Conversion Optimization - having completed qualitative research, analytics, A/B testing and a understanding of personalization concepts.
    • Experience using Google Analytics and/or Adobe Analytics.
    • Have proven leadership skills along with experience in managing direct reports and training development team
    • Recommended having knowledge of direct response design and copywriting
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills
    • Experience with the Adobe Marketing Suite including Adobe Target, DTM / Launch and Adobe Analytics
    • Experience with other conversion testing and personalization like Optimizely, VWO or Monetate
    • Experience using qualitative tools like Hotjar, Decibel Insight or ClickTale
