    We are currently looking for a highly-detailed, organized and proactive individual to join our team as a Healthcare Marketing Specialist. The primary responsibility for the Healthcare Marketing Specialist will be to lead the strategic development and tactical execution of audience-centric, integrated, and engaging marketing campaigns to generate leads, build brand awareness, and grow Perficient’s healthcare business. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, key stakeholders, and subject matter experts to develop client success stories, guides, sales collateral, videos, and other marketing initiatives. This role will own reporting of KPIs, drive growth of reach, and carry out strategic initiatives having to do with content creation and distribution.



    • Develop and manage the marketing budget aligning with the healthcare GTM strategy.

    • Strategic development and tactical execution of healthcare marketing plans

    • Collaborate with subject matter experts across Perficient to develop thought leadership content including writing client success stories, guides, webinars, website content, and blog content

    • Leverage data and insights to better target and personalize integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels

    • Align closely with our sales team and enable them with marketing assets, tools, and resources to help create new opportunities and grow existing business

    • Analyze metrics and reports to determine effectiveness of campaign activities

    • Identify new ways to increase lead generation/pipeline opportunities

    • Develop key relationships with industry/market thought leaders, organizations, and institutions to drive brand awareness

    • Manage and oversee healthcare events and tradeshows


    • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or related field required
    • Minimum 4+ years relevant experience with demonstrated capacity to develop content marketing assets (healthcare industry preferred)
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must be able to create (rather than just assemble) content
    • Solid project management skills
    • Working knowledge of the enterprise software and/or consulting industry
    • Healthcare industry knowledge and experience is a must
    • Successful history of developing and executing marketing programs and campaigns
    • Team oriented, motivated self-starter with relationship building skills; demonstrated ability to work well with individuals across multiple cross-functional teams to drive results
    • Must have the proven ability to successfully manage multiple projects, priorities, and engagements simultaneously, often with competing and tight deadlines
    • Strong interpersonal skills, proactive, and accountable
    • Product marketing experience a plus
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, SharePoint and other relevant programs
    • Travel: Less than 5%
