    About Our Microsoft Practice: 

     

    The Perficient Microsoft National Business Unit is looking for a Microsoft Alliance Manager to assist the Sales and Alliances team managing Microsoft field relationships.  The Alliance Manager will be autonomous in managing relationships with Microsoft and other Microsoft-related partners in their respective districts.  This person must be able to effectively develop strong partner relationships and communicate effectively between Microsoft and related platform partners and the Perficient Microsoft Business Unit sales team.  This person work with a group of Perficient sales people with the intent of building strong sale opportunity pipeline from the Microsoft channel. This person will be covering half of the US for our team and must be located near one of the following Perficient offices: Chicago, Columbus, Cincinnati, Indianapolis, Boston, New York, Atlanta, Detroit, Charlotte or St. Louis.

     

     

     

    Responsibilities

    • Drive top of the funnel leads in Midwest and Eastern US districts from the Microsoft partner channel
    • Identify and manage channel relationships including: partner identification, recruitment, ongoing development and management
    • Support cooperation and knowledge of synergistic PRFT-supported platform partners and tools for Perficient sellers
    • Work jointly with partners to identify mutually beneficial go-to-market opportunities, momentum and business around company solution areas
    • Communicate Perficient news and wins to partner community
    • Manage partner award application process and coordinate trade show/events that will promote partner relationships
    • Maintain distribution of product, marketing and program collateral for use by Sales and Alliance

    Qualifications

     

    • Proven track record of exceeding customer expectations
    • General knowledge of Microsoft Enterprise Products and Enterprise Sales Org structure
    • Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation and organizational skills
    • Ability to motivate a team that includes both Perficient and partner
    • Strong customer service and relationship management skills
    • Self-starter with excellent time management skills and ability to remain focused in a fast-paced environment
    • Ability to develop and maintain positive customer relationship at all levels of an organization
    • Strong skills in Microsoft Office 2010/2013, SharePoint, OneNote, Teams
    • Familiar with the Microsoft Productivity Suite: Skype for Business, Exchange, SharePoint, Office 365 as well Azure
    • Excellent meeting facilitation skills
    • Ability to travel up to 50%
    • Must be located near one of the following Perficient offices: Chicago, Columbus, Cincinnati, Indianapolis, Boston, Detriot, New York, Atlanta, Charlotte or St. Louis.
    • Bachelor’s degree
