    Perficient Digital currently has a career opportunity for an experienced agency business development professional. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record strategically growing business for enterprise BtoB and BtoC organizations.

     

    As an Agency Evangelist, you will be part of Perficient Digital’s quickly-growing agency business development team with unique responsibilities across the entire sales cycle. Your primary responsibility will be to quickly understand a potential client’s needs, and seamlessly and effectively speak to how Perficient Digital can help them acquire, engage, and retain new customers through a cohesive strategy including Brand Awareness, Content Strategy, User Experience, Mobile and Technology, and Digital Marketing and Analytics.

     

     

    Responsibilities

    • Work with Perficient Digital sellers, account directors, account client partners, and subject matter experts to identify, prioritize, and win new business
    • Own cross-agency “storytelling” for all major opportunities to:
      • Quickly identify client need
      • Understand client digital landscape and how trends, customers, current innovations, etc. can impact their business
      • Seamlessly stitch together agency services and capabilities in engaging pitches
      • Provide cohesive and strategic philosophy, approach and recommendations to win business
    • Own and manage opportunity pitch decks, assets and deliverables
    • Recruit and collaborate with agency directors and practice subject matter experts to build out scope of opportunity and desired approach
    • Orchestrate opportunities, align, and sell with Enterprise Partners for increased closed deals with Adobe, Salesforce, Sitecore, Oracle, and IBM

    Qualifications

    • More than 10 years of overall experience with 6 plus years running DM teams
    • 8+ years of comprehensive, hands-on cross/omni-channel agency experience across a variety of industry verticals
    • Have proven experience managing/selling agency solutions and programs into enterprise-scale accounts
    • Able to demonstrate excellent client communication and presentation skills to quickly identify opportunity and stitch together a seamless story
    • Proficient or functionally familiar in one or more of our enterprise partner marketing cloud platforms – Adobe, Salesforce, Sitecore, Oracle, IBM
    • Must possess strong collaboration skills
    • Excellent in problem-solving and decision-making
    • A self-starter with the ability to handle multiple opportunities and manage time well.
    • Highest attention to detail in producing sales and opportunity decks
    • Serving as the senior delivery resource for consulting engagements; cultivating highly functioning teams comprised of Perficient and client resources.
    • Experience responding to RFPs/RFQs and procurement deadlines.
    • Proven track record working with and selling to the stakeholders, executives, and decision makers of Fortune 1000 companies.
    • Proven domain expertise with experience building business cases and communicating client-specific value proposition and establishing yourself as a trusted advisor.
    • Leading technical discussions with business and technical decision makers, including detailing technical specifications, product roadmaps, deployment, and third-party integrations for DM
    • Demonstrated capability to handle Proof of Concept and solution demonstrations for DM Solutions
    • Experience with recruiting, personnel management, and performance reviews.
    • Experience in sales support role, particularly discovery meetings, demos, roadmaps, and engagement assessment.
    • Must be open to travel.
