    Perficient currently has a career opportunity for a Senior Project Manager in our San Francisco office.

     

    The project manager will have complete responsibility for the day-to-day management of the engagement, including all aspects related to managing our consulting team, resulting in a successful delivery and a satisfied, reference-able client.

     

    Responsibilities

    • Bachelor degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related fields or equivalent experience in communications and change management

    • Agile certification, PMP certification, Scrum Master certification, ITIL V3 preferred
    • 6 years of Business/Technical Analysis or Software Development experience
    • 8 years of experience with a standard project management methodology
    • Collaboration and communication with internal and external customers with respect to agile methods and practices for rapid squad development and enablement
    • Functional expertise on software products developed by the Agile team
    • Ability to analyze product changes, fixes and enhancements
    • Preferred experience in software application design and development in the healthcare IT field
    • Proven expertise in applying the Agile Principles and Practices
    • Excellent facilitation, communication and interpersonal skills in leading Squads
    • Extensive experience of Agile product and project management
    • Proven expertise in providing 1:1 and 1:many Agile Coaching
    • Ability to identify gaps in current methods and processes and able to craft roadmap for change and ability to remove blockers / impediments
    • Experience in identifying skill and process issues to remove impediments / blockers
    • Enable the Squads to understand how much information is sufficient to make appropriate decisions
    • Enable the Squads to adapt the agile framework to maximize value, taking into account risk, effort and dependencies
    • Remain commitment to Continuous Improvement
    • Excellence in stakeholder communication and management
