    Perficient Digital currently has a career opportunity for a Agency Client Partner in our Perficient Digital Enterprise Mobile group located in Midtown Atlanta.


    As an Agency Client Partner you will be a part of Perficient Digital’s Enterprise Mobile practice providing strategic leadership to our clients. You will be responsible for driving and managing opportunities and ensuring Perficient’s business objectives are being achieved on key accounts on mobile and responsive web projects utilizing tools such a

    The Agency Client Partner also ensures customer satisfaction by measuring project successes and communicating to the client; by being a customer advocate; and by ensuring scope is delivered as promised.




    Overall ability to represent the strategic viewpoint on projects, accounts, and relationships:


    • Ability to articulate and understand at a strategic level all major components of the technology consulting life cycle, including technology, user experience, design, and measurement.
    • Ability to discuss and review Perficient specific approaches and processes.
    • Relationship building and thought leadership within existing accounts, at conferences, and during company events.
    • Drive the delivery team and client collectively through a process that ensures a successful outcome.


    Solution Development, Presentation, and Contracting:

    • Timeline follow-up and frequent client interaction. 
    • Solution creation and presentation to prospects and existing accounts.
    • Proposals, including estimation, ownership and presentation.
    • Assist in the development and review of proposals, pitches and contracts.


    Account modelling:

    • Identifying and executing the sales cycle on additional project opportunities.
    • Political, organizational, and market risks to account retention and growth.
    • Account growth (net new opportunities), including new divisions or departments.


    Tracking and Reporting:

    • Driving key measurements for project success.
    • Margin Targets are being met pre and post-sale of projects
    • Ensure deliverables will meet or exceed client expectations within the budget and scope of the project. 
    • Billing and invoicing are complete and follow up on outstanding or past due invoices as directed by our accounting team. 
    • Performing weekly and monthly evaluation of project and team success based on a standard practice evaluation.


    Client Advocacy:

    • Ensure original solution and clients business needs are being met.
    • Ensuring customer satisfaction.
    • Timeline response to critical client needs.


    • 7+ years of technical delivery or management experience in an agency/consulting environment with a passion for consulting. 
    • 7+ years representing the strategic viewpoint on projects, accounts, and relationships, solution development, presentation, contracting, account modelling, tracking & reporting, and client advocacy experience. 
    • Must demonstrate excellent client communication and presentation skills to gather requirements, sell designs and build consensus
    • Must possess strong collaboration and practice leadership skills
    • Strong multitasking abilities and team leading skills
    • Deep knowledge of trends in technology, experience, and digital across mobile, tablet, and web

    Preferred Education:

    • Bachelor's degree in relevant field
