    Perficient currently has a career opportunity for an Lead MDM Business Systems Analyst in our Denver, Colorado office.


    Job Overview:

    As a Lead MDM Business Systems Analyst, you will work with stakeholders to define functional and technical requirements for Master Data Management solutions using industry leading MDM packages and custom developed systems.


    • Write data and systems requirements following an Agile / Scrum methodology
    • Responsible for writing business user stories /requirements, data profiling, data analysis in support of scrum development teams
    • Define Source-to-target data mapping documentation
    • Define requirements for Match/Merge & Golden records, including the definition of trust levels for multiple data sources
    • Identify and define Reference Data


    • Strong written and verbal communications
    • Experience working on data integration and MDM projects
    • Ability to analyze and interpret data
    • Strong data analytics skills – including using SQL to profile / query data to discern requirements
    • Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting with Perficient and client teammates
    • Experience with two MDM implementations using enterprise level MDM products (e.g. Informatica, Talend, Pitney Bowes Spectrum, etc)
    • Experience defining testable acceptance criteria and collaborating with test team


    Preferred skills and education:

    • Experience defining requirements using data integration and analytics as an enabler for broader Digital Transformation
    • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, MIS, or related field
