    Perficient currently has a career opportunity for an Account Manager in our Bozman, Montana office.

     

    Job Overview:

     

    The Account Manager role is to manage a portfolio of assigned clients, develop new business from existing clients and ensure preservation of client accounts.

     

     

     

    Responsibilities

    • Builds credibility and cultivates a strong working relationship with client, becoming a resource and partner who can easily demonstrate familiarity with the client business, offerings, key performance indicators, go to market strategy, and marketing goals
    • Discovers client’s business needs and proposes appropriate solutions
    • Connects with key client business executives and stakeholders, ensuring success visibility
    • Manages client expectations and project scope as single point-of-contact
    • Performs client planning in partnership with Strategists
    • Schedules and leads all meetings, developing agendas, debriefs and action items
    • Up-sells and cross-sells to grown client account by negotiating contracts and change orders, closing agreements to maximize profit
    • Pitches all projects and pricing after initial sale
    • Responds to complaints and resolves issues aiming for client contentment and the preservation of the company’s reputation
    • Reviews invoices from PMs to ensure correct billing is sent out each month
    • Interacts with clients needing basic levels support and guidance.

    Qualifications

    • A strategic mindset, a passion for innovation and agile responsiveness
    • Detail oriented with strong organizational skills that can be leveraged while managing multiple clients at a time
    • Results-driven with a promotional mindset, finding creative ways to grow a book of business
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
    • Proven ability to create and build relationships:
    • Experience working within the B2B marketing ecosystem (players, technology, trends)
    • 2+ years of professional experience with a combination of the following or equivalent technologies:
    • CRM systems like Salesforce.com, Oracle, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics
    • Marketing automation systems like Marketo, Eloqua, Pardot, HubSpot
    • Email service providers like Constant Contact, MailChimp, VerticalResponse
    • Strong organization, written, verbal and communication skills.
    • Strong business acumen and desire to help clients and teams succeed.
    • Previous sales and/or account management experience in a consulting services organization.
    • Passionate about sales and technology.
    • Excellent collaboration and team-building.
