    Perficient Digital currently has a career opportunity for a Digital Analyst Tag Management Specialist in our St. Louis, MO office.

     

    Job Overview:

    As an Agency Colleague you will be a part of Perficient Digital’s Digital Marketing team working on projects for the Analytics practice.

     

     

    Responsibilities

    • Understand client business requirements and how to map those requirements to specific digital measurement tactics
    • Architect, configure, administer, and operate the Adobe Analytics to measure multi-channel campaigns.
    • Integrate Adobe Analytics with other Adobe Marketing Cloud products.
    • Debug, troubleshoot, and fix configuration and integration issues.
    • Coach client personnel and internal personnel on how to troubleshoot and resolve such issues (knowledge transfer) in self-service mode.
    • Assess and audit the current state of platform configuration and accelerate remediation plans.
    • Define tasks prior to a Sprint and participate in scrums to provide status.
    • Guide the development of documentation, deliverables and solutions requirements for web analytics tracking
    • Work closely with account management and development teams to oversee the implementation, configuration and debugging of web analytics code, both on-site and through tag management systems
    • Support digital marketing teams (paid search, SEO, conversion rate optimization, digital media, etc.) to implement customized tracking for campaign initiatives
    • Work with project managers for timely implementation of changes in tagging due to site changes.
    • Develop tagging schemas and specifications for new sites and site features.
    • Quality assurance and debugging of tagging as implemented by engineers.
    • Ability to perform strategic assessment of client website and current analytics setup

      • Responsible for contributing ideas and content for the DM newsletter

    Qualifications

    • B.S. or B.A. Degree: Business, Marketing, Engineering or related quantitative discipline.
    • 3+ years of Web Analytics experience in either an Analyst or Implementation capacity.
    • 3+ years of Web Development experience as it relates to the development, configuration and implementation of Web Analytics solutions.
    • Adobe Certified Expert – Analytics Architect or Developer
    • Training and exposure to Adobe Launch
    • Accustomed to working with analytics tools’ APIs, RESTful URLs, etc.
    • Hands on development experience using HTML, jQuery, JavaScript, XML
    • Experience in producing technical specifications, reference manuals, developer guides, and/or code requirements.
    • Experience with both e-commerce and lead generation sites.
    • Excellent written skills and the ability to write for both technical and non-technical users.
    • Ability to effectively communicate regular and timely updates on work status and meet project deadlines.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
    • Analytical thinking and problem solving skills, serving as an analytics thought-leader for clients.
    • Strong project management capabilities with high attention to detail.
    • Willingness to travel for client discoveries and other off-site meetings.
    • Both a strong team mentality and an ability to work independently.

     

    Preferred Skills:

    • Experience with Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Audience Manager or Adobe Campaign a plus
    • Experience implementing Google Analytics Enhanced Ecommerce via Google Tag Manager
    • Experience with other tag management platforms (Tealium, Signal, etc.) a plus
    • Experience with ecommerce platforms (Magento, Insite, etc.)
    • Experience with cross-domain tracking
    • Experience with developing analytics testing processes
    • Experience with Adobe Analytics and the extended Adobe Marketing stack (Target, Campaign, Audience Manager, AdCloud) a plus
    • Experience with Tableau, Power BI or other data visualization tools a plus
