    Perficient currently has a career opportunity for a Paralegal/Contracts Administrator in our Corporate office located in St. Louis, MO. This role will assist with various legal projects, the creation and execution of legal documents, and implementation of various processes that will impact the company as a whole.




    •  Responsibilities

      • Maintain, navigate and manage centralized contract databases
      • Prepare and maintain databases for legal deadlines, contract compliance and real estate
      • Manage corporate licensure and IP
      • Maintain and update various legal templates
      • Assist with internal audits
      • Respond to basic contract questions, as needed
      • Perform legal research, as needed
      • Review basic contracts such as non-disclosure agreements
      • Assist with some merger and acquisition activities as assigned





    • Experience in supporting a legal department
    • Paralegal certificate, Bachelor’s degree in business, legal or other related field, or a minimum of five (5) years business and contracts experience
    • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite required
    • Detail-oriented with demonstrated ability to maintain organization and meet deadlines for multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Experience in reviewing and negotiating contractual documents
    • Ability to analyze legal documents for accuracy
    • Experience with contract management applications
    • Proactive and able to function efficiently in an environment of rapidly changing demands
    • Status as a notary public preferred, but not required
