    About Our Perficient Office

    Perficient’s metropolitan Detroit office in Livonia delivers solutions to enterprise customers across Michigan and in Northwest Ohio.  Our office is home to over 100 colleagues working with high-profile clients in industries including automotive, digital marketing, healthcare, manufacturing, and financial services.  Project work spans the Perficient portfolio and includes content management, business integration, custom application development, business intelligence, portals, business process management, and mobile.  The office also houses a sizeable quality assurance and support services team. Project engagements can extend across the geography or across the region to include our Perficient Digital agency colleagues in Ann Arbor.


    Perficient is currently looking for a Client Services Executive for our Detroit, MI, office located in Livonia, MI.

    Job Overview:

    The Client Services Executive role at Perficient addresses the fundamental concerns of leadership, sales and operations for Strategic and Enterprise Accounts.  This includes establishing and executing the account strategic direction; building the team; establishing new solutions/offerings; maintaining and expanding account position, revenue and profit; and ensuring customer satisfaction.



    • Establish and communicate strategic direction for the account
    • Lead account team in establishing, maintaining and executing the Strategic Account Plan
    • Build and grow client relationships at senior levels, writing and negotiating client proposals and contracts, and managing the overall delivery of client engagements
    • Maintain revenues within existing customers/departments
    • Identify new opportunities within existing customers/departments and propose relevant Perficient services
    • Partner with Business Development team in selling existing and new services to new customers/departments
    • Lead a portfolio of projects spanning multiple customer groups/departments
    • Ensure customer satisfaction
    • Develop and manage the account team
    • Ensure profit margins (including time/expenses)
    • Manage revenue backlog and contribute to pipeline forecasting



    • Bachelor’s Degree and 15-20 years of industry or professional services consulting experience
    • Experienced as a Client Partner, Account Manager, or Delivery/Solution Lead
    • Experience in one or more of the following:
      • Industry experience: Automotive, Healthcare, Consumer Markets, High Tech, Insurance, Manufacturing,
      • Previous experiences in: Technology, Business Analysis & Consulting, Program and Project Leadership, Sales
      • Solution selling experience: Omni-channel commerce, content management, user experience, integration, etc.
    • Self starter with solid relationship building skills, presentation and communication skills, and a proven track record winning/closing new business at the VP, SVP, and C-levels
    • Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams (Technology, PM, QA, creative, business SME’s, strategy)
    • Track record of achieving and exceeding client revenue and profitability goals
    • Thought leadership or speaking experience showing demonstrable experience in a subject area.
