    Perficient currently has a career opportunity for an IT Talent Acquisition Sourcer for our Chennai, India office.  You will support our team of U.S. Recruiters helping them fill positions in North America (primarily U.S.A.).  We are looking to add 2 Sourcers to our team starting in February 2020. 

     

    This role reports to our Talent Acquisition Manager in the U.S. and our Sourcing Team Lead in India will also support you.  The IT Talent Sourcer responsibilities include using various channels to look for potential candidates, contacting passive candidates and building talent pipelines for future hiring needs. If you have solid networking skills, know how to source on social media and enjoy learning about different roles, we’d like to meet you. Ultimately, you will proactively identify our hiring needs and help us fill our vacancies with qualified employees.

     

    Responsibilities

    • Sourcing and first-level evaluation (screening) of candidates for all Technology Hiring
    • Interact with potential candidates on social media, professional networks and over the phone
    • Craft and send recruitment marketing emails to attract passive IT talent
    • Coordinate with Recruiters to determine position requirements and priorities
    • Identify qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing techniques (e.g. Boolean search)
    • Develop talent pipelines for future hiring needs
    • Measure conversion rates, including numbers of passive candidates who turn into applicants, get invited to interviews, get offers and get hired
    • Promote our employer brand online and offline
    • Maintain candidate databases (e.g. via our Applicant Tracking System)
    • Communicate with past applicants regarding new job opportunities 

    Qualifications

    • 4+ years’ experience as an Talent Sourcer or similar role building a quality candidate pipeline of IT Talent
    • Ability to screen and conduct first level evaluation of technology candidates
    • Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques (e.g. recruiting on social platforms and crafting Boolean search strings)
    • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)  
    • Solid verbal and written communication skills
    • Ability to positively present our company and open roles to potential candidates
    • Effective time-management skills (will be Sourcing for 20+ positions at a time)
    • Performance (metrics) driven with the ability to work under pressure and produce results (hires)
    • Ability to work Monday – Friday 9a.m. – 5p.m. Eastern Time (evenings and weekends may be required to attract talent)
