    Perficient is currently looking for a Client Services Executive. This position will be located in the Dallas, TX location.  Local candidates please!

     

     

    Job Overview:

     

    The Client Services role is a senior position responsible for providing strategic leadership on our largest accounts.  This is a very collaborative role working across many Perficient practices and geographic locations to ensure that we are providing meaningful help to our customers, building relationships and delivering high quality of services.

     

    Responsibilities

    • Responsible for the strategy, vision and continued growth of named account
    • Establish and maintain account strategic plan
    • Provide account leadership overseeing delivery of all professional services
    • Leverage the full Perficient portfolio of services to provide meaningful help to our clients and drive account growth
    • Identify new opportunities and partner with Perficient practice leadership and sales team members to design, craft and present new offerings
    • Ensure satisfied customers through excellence in delivery
    • Foster long-term client partnerships 

     

    Qualifications

    • Experience in a delivery leadership capacity managing large programs
    • Experience leading large distributed account teams (team size of 50+)
    • Accomplishments in growing account teams and revenue (either directly or paired with a seller)
    • Skill in establishing and executing account plans
    • Experience (presales support or direct sales) selling professional services
    • Knowledge of software development methodologies, with particular emphasis on Agile
    • Some level of experience in relevant previous roles, such as Director, Solution Architect, Program Manager
    • Superior problem solving, organizational, decision-making, communication and relationship-building skills
    • Experience managing the proposal process and pursuit teams in a consultative, solution-based sales model
    • Strong client relationship management skills
